Find a job at Solihull’s Job Fair

Solihull Council is inviting jobseekers from across the borough to a free jobs fair on Wednesday 30 March in Mell Square.

Anyone is welcome to come along to the fair, including recent school leavers, graduates, long term unemployed, mothers returning back to work and those seeking retraining.

Visitors will be offered advice and information on how to change their career, how to gain experience in the voluntary sector, pre employment support, interview techniques, and engagement guidance or even how to set up their own business.

Solihull Jobs Fair runs between 11am-2pm on Wednesday 30 March. Stalls can be set up from 9.30am. Some of the groups already signed up include Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, Jamie at Home and Midway Care Ltd.

There will also be representatives from the Council’s Environment Champions looking to sign up new volunteers to help make a difference to the borough, while the Fostering and Adoption teams will also be on hand to encourage people to consider helping a child in need.

For more information, please contact Lynn Wainwright on lwainwright@solihull.gov.uk or phone 121 704 8759.
