Glastonbudget 2011 and a surprise from an old swinger!!!

This year Glastonbudget was at its best again with crazy music, tributes, costumes and most of all people.

Nick Tanner and his team were spot on this year with different music and style.

Weather was up and down but............. Who cares, we had fun, laughter and rock n' roll!!!

Top tribute acts too: Guns and Roses, Oasis, Arctic Monkey, Queen, ACDC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beach Boys, U2 and the list goes on and on.

There was also original bands as well such as SKAM and my good friends Capital Sun from Castle Bromwich and many more.

The very special guest was............. Dr & The Medics!!!

But on tribute was unexpected tribute and he took my breath away!!!

A tribute to Frank Sinatra (Morgan Perkins), He had them in the palm of his hand, singing Sinatra's best hits like My Way, Fly Me To The Moon, Chicago and finishing with a rip roaring New York New York with Morgan's young grandson doing the can can on stage with yours truly!!!

He had the charisma, charm, style and the humour. He brought the Rat Pack back to life and had about 4,000 people watching.

Morgan has a few gigs in Castle Bromwich now and I will be with him on a few. He will be at Castle Bromwich Cricket & Sports Club, Coach and Horses and Arden hall in March 2012 with a Vegas night and more to come.

Here's to next years Glastonbudget!!!

See you soon

Earl of Mongoose (Chris Beebee)

Keep Swinging!!!
