The Drum is the UK’s leading Black-led arts and cultural organisation that is committed to developing and showcasing the performing and digital arts and thereby making a valuable contribution to the advancement of British culture.
As part of our long-term business objectives, an ambition to create a venue that appeals to everyone and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction we launched a new Commercial Enterprise Division on the back of annual growth and a sizable enterprise investment which has improved the ambiance, quality and promotion of the commercial side of business.
Commercial Enterprise objectives include annual increase of footfall and a distinct focus on generating growth through the maximisation of the commercial potential of the venue, particularly through hires/catering restaurant and bars.
We are offering this unique opportunity to a dynamic individual with excellent proven entrepreneurial skills to develop and drive our Commercial Enterprise Division forward.
You will need to have substantial management, sales and leadership experience in the catering and hospitality sector, a proven track record of generating income and success in establishing excellence and an effective customer focused service.
