Flares Plays Host to Robbie tribute

Flares on Broad Street in Birmingham will play host to a Take That tribute act on Friday 8thJuly as part of a summer-long spectacular Music Tour which will hit 50 bars across the country.

Doors open at 8pm and entrance is free before 10pm and £4 after. Customers can also receive a Flares party pack if signed up on Facebook.

“We can’t wait to host the lads,” said Mark Pinches, licensee of Flares. “Even though it won’t be the Take That, it’s going to create a real buzz! After all, everyone loves them – especially since they got back together - and I can imagine everyone singing along to all their hits! We hope that our Take That tribute night will attract new customers and give our existing ones even more reason to visit. Flares is known for being fun and great value and being able to put on nights like this just adds to the enjoyment.”

Flares hosting the Take That tribute is part of a nationwide promotion organised by the Stonegate Pub Company, the company that owns and operates Reflex, Flares, Babylon and a number of unbranded sites across the UK.

The summer Music Tour features artists such as Chesney Hawkes, members of hit bands Five and Brother Beyond and began on June 23rd in Croydon and Wakefield before touring the country. Along with key members from the bands Five and Brother Beyond, who will perform in Stonegate’s larger venues, there will be tribute acts too for the smaller bars.

The tour continues throughout July and ends on August 13th, when Chesney Hawkes makes his final appearance at Flares in Newcastle upon Tyne.
