Birmingham Co-operative Film Society presents 'Benda Bilili'

A documentary following a band trying to make it big. The core of the band consists of four senior singers/guitarist, who are all disabled (they suffered from poliomyelitis when they were young) and move around in spectacularly customized tricycles. Their quest takes them from the streets of Kinshasa, Congo but will they end up on world music stages around the globe?
