Bat and Moth Evening

Saturday 30 June

9pm until late

Ferndown Local Nature Reserve

Spend an evening in the reserve looking for bats and moths. Experts from Staffordshire Bat Group will be there with bat detectors, and will also be able to answer any questions. After the walk, moth expert Dave Grundy will be showing visitors the different species of moths that live on the reserve.

Ferndown LNR has a number of habitats including flower meadows and woodland. The reserve is managed by Stafford Borough Council with help from the community group, The Friends of Ferndown.

Please meet on the reserve. Access is off Ferndown Drive South, Clayton. This is a free event
