It’ll be cameras and Bostin flags at the ready as Bullring welcomes the Torch Relay to the centre on Sunday 1st July.
At 6.05am the Torch will pass down St Martin’s Walk onto Spiceal Street as it begins its journey out of the city on the road to London.
To celebrate from 5.30am live acrobats and a live band will take to St Martin’s Walk and Spiceal Street to entertain the crowds awaiting the arrival of the Torch. Browns Bar and Brasserie and EAT will be opening early to serve a hearty breakfast before and after the Torch has visited Bullring, and you can celebrate in style with a Champagne Breakfast.
With the stunning backdrop of the iconic Selfridges building and St Martin’s Church there will be numerous opportunities to take pictures of this once in a lifetime occasion and attendees will also be given a complementary Bostin Bullring flag to wave as the Torch goes by.
Louise Hamer-Brown, Head of Marketing at Bullring, commented: “This will be a chance for the people of Birmingham to be a part of this momentum occasion at one of the most iconic locations in the city.”
And to get into the Team GB spirit there are a variety of products including Union Jack clothing, red, white and blue nail varnish and homeware available at Bullring.
