Schools out fun during summer nights at West Midland Safari Park

As West Midland Safari Park opens up late for the whole of August, this is the perfect way to enjoy the lazy, hazy days of summer; to come face to face with over 1700 animal encounters and take advantage of extended admission times and even later night rides!

This is a marvelous opportunity to visit West Midland Safari Park during the long school holidays, when visitors will have the chance to go on an amazing four mile safari up to 7.00pm and see some brilliant animals from Cheetah to Tigers and Elephants to Giraffe! There are plenty of baby animals around too!

There’s also the chance to visit the African Village, Meerkat Mayhem and Walking with Lemurs, not forgetting the new Penguin Cove in Discovery Trail and the all weather facilities that include Creepy Crawlies; Seaquarium; Twilight Cave and Mark O’Shea’s Reptile World. There’s also Sea Lion Shows performed throughout the daytime and each evening from the Sea Lion Theatre arena.

The Amusement Area will be open even later too, with a variety of family fun rides available, including an extra special area just for tots – Cubs Kingdom is ideal for younger members of the family. Normal admission and wristband prices apply. Park opens 10am, last admission is 7pm. Animal Reserves close at 7pm, rides and park close 9pm.
