Want to keep boredom at bay over the Easter school holidays? Worcester City Council’s Sports, Art & Play team have the perfect antidote to help work off all those chocolate eggs!
The team are providing two weeks worth of free multi-sports activities across Worcester from Monday 1 to Friday 12 April 2013. The sessions, which will take place in 16 different venues, will all cater for 2 to 18 year olds. Activities include rounders, kwik-cricket, tennis, football and much more. No booking required - all you will need to do is turn up and take part!
In addition to the sports sessions, the City Council has once again teamed up with Worcester Play Council and Worcester Community Trust to provide free play sessions. Come and try out den building, parachute games, face painting and much more!
All staff and volunteers at the sessions are fully CRB checked. All children aged 8 or below need to be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times. All children under the age of 16 participating must provide contact details of a parent or responsible adult.
